CAN A TRIAL ACCOUNT SEE ALL THE DATA?
Yes, your 14-day trial allows you to run as many searches as you like, narrow down the podcasts you want information on. When you are ready you can use your provided credits to download the information on the shows you have selected. There are no limits on the number of searches you can perform, but you do have a limited number of credits available for downloading podcast show details.

Getting booked on podcasts has three steps.
1) Finding the right podcasts.
2) Having something interesting or valuable to share.
3) Sending in a good pitch for a story or interview.
We help by saving you hundreds of hours on the first step, finding the right podcasts for you simply and quickly, we can’t help on the second step. For the third step, you can read some articles in our blog to help you put together a good pitch.

WHAT ARE THE EXPORT LIMITS
You can export or download the contact details in relation to the number of credits you use, there are no export limits it is purely based on the plan and credits you have available in your account.
WHAT DOES BETA MEAN?
In our beta version, we then give you the ability to download the podcasts you want with their emails, website, and social media accounts so you can use that information to pitch them and get booked on shows.
.But that is not all. We are working on a system so that we can send those pitch emails to you. As a beta user, you will get access to that as soon as it is ready at no extra cost!
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE PRICES?
All charges are in US dollars and are processed through our secure provider STRIPE.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Monthly Payment Plans: Monthly payments are non-refundable once they are processed. If a payment goes through and you cancel right away afterward all future payments will be canceled and your account will remain active for the month period you already paid for.
Yearly Payment Plans: The first year’s payment is non-refundable. For all subsequent yearly payments, the subscriber has five (5) days from when the payment is requested to ask for a full refund. In this case, the amount will be refunded in full and the account will be deactivated immediately. Any account cancellations after the five (5) day period will still be billed in full for this period. You will not be billed for the subsequent period.
There are no partial refunds for any payment period.
Once canceled all saved searches, downloads, and data will be deleted and removed from the platform.
WHICH PLAN IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Trial: This plan allows you to see if getting interviewed on podcasts is right for you and your business. It allows you fully search the podcast database using the power filters to see how many podcasts interview opportunities are available in Podcast Hawk. With the trial, you are given 10 credits which means you can download all the data on 10 shows for FREE.
Individual plan: This plan is for individuals or small businesses that want to regularly get on podcasts. It opens up the full search filter toolset and results so you can really pinpoint the podcasts that are the best fit for you and your business.
Agency Plan: This plan is for larger businesses or agencies trying to book multiple clients on podcast interviews. In addition to opening up everything in the Individual plan, it removes any limits on the account. You can export an unlimited number of results each month so you can do as much outreach as you can handle.
The agency plan is a per-seat model, with a minimum of 10 seats which can be changed every month, this will allow you to swop out clients every month, but you cannot go back to the old client data you will need to make certain you have downloaded all the information required before requesting the change of account.
